Refund policy

At Bearded Vapes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.



1. Returns


Due to the nature of vaping products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened disposable vapes, e-liquids, or pods.

 


2. Refunds


We offer refunds in the form of store credit in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong product

Your item was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered


Once we inspect the item and approve your refund, a store credit will be applied  within 5–7 business days.



3. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Sale or clearance items
