At Bearded Vapes, we’re committed to getting your vape to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Processing Times

• Local orders placed before 11:00 will be delivered on the same day after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Options

We offer nationwide delivery (The Courier Guy) across South Africa and select local delivery options (Wumbo) (where available):

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees

• Local courier delivery: R60, depending on your area

• Nationwide courier delivery: R80, depending on your area

• Free shipping for orders over R1000

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us with your order number so we can assist in locating it.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help.
